Job Description
The Beauty Sales Associate welcomes customers, provides expert product recommendations and conducts skin consultations to drive sales in a retail environment. Duties include meeting individual and monthly sales targets, performing product demonstrations, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting in‑store events. The role also requires monitoring stock levels, preparing reports and ensuring hygiene of testers. A customer‑focused attitude and basic sales experience are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum one year of sales experience in a retail setting
- • High school qualification (KCSE) or higher
- diploma or degree preferred
- • Strong customer service and communication skills
