The BESS Technician installs, maintains, and troubleshoots battery energy storage systems for Miale Solar in Nairobi. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical field
- • 2–4 years experience installing, maintaining, or servicing battery energy storage systems or similar electrical equipment
- • Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and PLC programming preferred
- • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
- • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- • Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations

- • Install, commission, and test battery energy storage system components on site
