Job Description
The Graduate Trainee will support customer service and content creation for Betech Solar Solutions, handling inquiries across multiple channels and producing engaging marketing material. The role includes following up leads, preparing quotations and creating visual content for social media and the website.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Confident, talkative and presentable with strong persuasion skills
- • Comfortable speaking with customers and appearing on camera
- • Ability to learn quickly and work independently while coordinating with teams
- • Enrolled in or completed a relevant diploma or degree program
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Respond professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, social media and website
- • Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, deliveries, payments and after‑sales requests
- • Create engaging marketing content including product photos, captions, short videos and project posts
- • Appear on camera for product demonstrations and promotional videos
- • Upload and manage content on the company website and social‑media platforms
- • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers
