Job Description
The Bobtail Driver will deliver LPG safely and on schedule, ensuring vehicle readiness, compliance with safety regulations and accurate reporting via a mobile application. The role also involves routine vehicle checks, supporting maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent vocational qualification
- • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- • Ability to operate and maintain a bobtail truck safely
- • Knowledge of LPG handling and safety procedures
- • Strong attention to detail and reliability
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Perform safe and timely LPG deliveries to customers
- • Ensure vehicle readiness and conduct daily checks, including weight measurements
- • Comply with all safety, legal and HSE requirements
- • Submit real‑time delivery reports through the mobile app
- • Map customer locations and follow assigned routes
- • Support maintenance team with basic checks and reporting
- • Maintain accurate records and documentation of deliveries
- • Provide courteous customer service and address client inquiries
