Job Description
The Branch Manager will oversee all operational, financial, and clinical aspects of the healthcare facility, ensuring high‑quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, Nursing, Business Administration or a related field
- • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare management
- • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
- • Proven strategic planning and financial management abilities
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Direct daily operations of the hospital branch, including clinical and administrative functions
- • Manage financial performance, budgeting, and revenue generation
- • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- • Lead and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- • Build and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, insurers, and community partners
- • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives
