The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations for Habib Bank in Nairobi, ensuring delivery of high‑quality banking services and achievement of financial targets. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a bank branch
- • Professional banking or finance certifications preferred
- • Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets
- • Strong communication, relationship‑management and analytical skills
