Job Description
The Branch Manager leads the overall performance of the Tower Sacco branch, overseeing sales, marketing, operations and compliance to drive business growth and member satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience in banking, micro‑finance or SACCO management
- • Proven leadership and team development abilities
- • Strong analytical and customer relationship skills
- • Knowledge of SACCO products and regulatory environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Direct daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery
- • Drive sales and marketing of SACCO products to achieve revenue targets
- • Manage and develop branch staff, including coaching and performance reviews
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- • Monitor financial performance and prepare branch reports for senior management
