The Branch Manager will oversee all operational, sales, and customer service activities at the Flax branch of Access Bank Kenya. The role ensures compliance with banking regulations, drives revenue growth, and leads a team of staff to deliver high‑quality financial services. By managing risk and fostering strong client relationships, the manager contributes to the bank’s overall performance and market presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Banking and Finance is an advantage
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan banking regulations and risk management
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills

- • Direct daily branch operations, including cash handling, teller services, and loan processing
- • Lead sales initiatives to achieve deposit and loan targets
- • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk controls
- • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to maintain high service standards
- • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- • Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
