Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree or equivalent.
- • Minimum 5 years experience in banking or financial services.
- • Proven ability to lead and motivate branch teams.
- • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- • Knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
