Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Kerarapon and Utawala branches, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth. Key duties include managing daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting financial targets. The role reports directly to senior management and contributes to the bank’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- • Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- • Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation
