Job Description
The Branch Manager leads all branch operations, driving customer acquisition, loan portfolio growth and team performance. Responsibilities include managing loan disbursement, collections, ensuring compliance, and building strong client relationships to achieve business targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
- • Proven experience in banking or financial services with a focus on lending
- • Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities
- • Strong analytical and customer‑relationship skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
