Job Description
The Branch Manager leads branch operations, driving customer acquisition, loan portfolio growth, and collections while ensuring compliance and strong client relationships. They manage team performance and identify business opportunities to meet targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- • 3–5 years' experience in micro‑finance, banking or financial services.
- • Proven experience in branch management, lending and collections.
- • Strong leadership, business development and customer relationship skills.
