Job Description
The manager will shape and promote the brand identity of Gratia Energy across digital and offline channels, driving market awareness for solar and renewable energy solutions. They will oversee social media platforms, coordinate events, and manage public relations activities to build stakeholder engagement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in brand and communications management, with strong creative and analytical abilities. Fluency in English and proficiency in Kiswahili are advantageous for regional outreach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or a related field (BA/BSc/HND)
- • Three to five years of experience in brand management and communications
- • Proven ability to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Kiswahili proficiency is a plus
- • Experience with design tools such as Canva and analytics platforms for social media
- • Ability to translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes
