Job Description
The Broker Incubation Officer supports the growth of new insurance brokers by delivering training, resources, and ongoing guidance to accelerate their market entry. The role coordinates incubation programs, monitors broker performance, and fosters strong relationships between brokers and Old Mutual. Successful candidates will help expand the broker network and contribute to the company’s distribution strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in insurance brokerage or sales
- • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching abilities
- • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners
