Job Description
The Entry‑Level Business Analyst supports banking transformation projects by gathering requirements, documenting processes and assisting in solution design. Works with business users, developers and testers to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of technology solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Computer Science or a related field (BA/BSc/HND acceptable).
- • Strong analytical and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- • Interest in banking, technology and digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- • Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- • Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions.
- • Document business processes, workflows, user requirements and functional specifications.
- • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories and use cases.
- • Analyse existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional designs.
- • Support testing activities by clarifying requirements and reviewing test cases.
