Job Description
The Business Development Executive will expand the hospital’s market presence by securing new corporate and referral partnerships and increasing patient volume. Key activities include prospecting, relationship building, promoting services, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities, as well as independent work habits. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field and 3‑5 years of sales experience in healthcare are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- • Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales, marketing or business development within the healthcare sector
- • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building partnerships

- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- • Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, insurers and referral partners
