Job Description

The Business Development Executive will identify and cultivate new opportunities within corporate and expatriate markets, building relationships with HR managers, CEOs and international firms. They will promote immigration, work‑permit and relocation services while managing a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and maintaining accurate client records. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant sales experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, International Relations or a related field
  • • Minimum three years of proven business development or sales experience
  • • Prior experience in immigration, expatriate, relocation or global mobility services
  • • Understanding of immigration and work‑permit processes
  • • Strong sales, business development and negotiation skills
  • • Excellent communication, presentation and networking abilities

  • • Develop strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, relocation providers and other stakeholders
  • • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the immigration and expatriate services industry
  • • Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, opportunities and sales activities
