Job Description
The Business Development Officer will drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing client relationships across the financial services sector. Responsibilities include executing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and preparing compelling proposals and presentations. The role demands strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- • Diploma in Insurance or Pensions is an advantage.
- • Knowledge of financial services, retirement benefit schemes, or investment accounting.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
