Job Description
The Business Development Officer will drive growth for LOLC Kenya Microfinance Bank by identifying new client segments and promoting the bank's loan and savings products. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate customers, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets. The officer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or business development, preferably within banking or microfinance.
- • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable financial solutions.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
