The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new insurance business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and converting leads into sales. The role involves promoting the company’s insurance products, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field preferred
- • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in insurance
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills
