Job Description
The Business Manager will provide overall leadership for Trainingcred Institute’s growth, profitability and operational performance. Responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into commercial outcomes, optimizing revenue portfolios, expanding corporate business and strengthening partnerships. The role requires strong commercial acumen, at least five years of senior management experience and a Master’s degree.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA preferred).
- • Minimum 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience.
- • Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L management capability.
- • Proven ability to develop and execute business‑development and negotiation strategies.
