Job Description
The Business Partner – People & Culture collaborates with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance. Duties include talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- • Experience in HR business partnering or people‑operations role
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organisational levels
- • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
