Job Description
The Business Unit Lead for Electric Cooking drives commercial performance of the electric cooking portfolio for restaurants and institutions. They own the P&L, set revenue targets, develop market strategies and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience leading a commercial business unit or product line
- • Proven track record of achieving revenue and margin goals
- • Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and drive results
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Define and execute the business‑unit strategy and annual operating plan
- • Own P&L responsibility, monitor margins and control budgets
- • Lead sales, marketing and product development teams to meet revenue targets
- • Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
- • Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients and partners
- • Report performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend corrective actions
