Job Description

The Cambridge Early Years Coordinator leads the delivery of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum, ensuring a dynamic, play‑based learning environment. They supervise and mentor early years staff, maintain compliance with Cambridge standards, and engage with parents and the wider community. Operational oversight includes resource allocation, event planning and safeguarding of students.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) or a closely related field
  • • Minimum 10 years overall teaching experience in Early Childhood Education
  • • At least 5 years experience in a leadership or coordination role within an early years setting
