Job Description
The Capacity Development Intern will support the African Development Bank’s capacity‑building initiatives by assisting in program design, research and delivery of training activities. The role provides exposure to development projects and offers opportunities to contribute to knowledge management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a university program in Development Studies, Economics, Business or related field
- • Strong analytical and writing skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- • Assist in designing and preparing capacity‑development materials and curricula
- • Conduct research and analysis to inform training programs
- • Support logistical arrangements for workshops and seminars
