Job Description
The Care Manager works with medical clients, intermediaries and service providers to ensure timely, cost‑effective access to quality healthcare while supporting business growth and customer retention. The role involves managing claims, interpreting policies, and providing analytical support to improve insurance performance. Strong communication, negotiation and IT skills are essential to maintain compliance and deliver excellent service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- • Diploma in Nursing
- • Membership with the Nursing Council of Kenya
- • Minimum four years’ experience in health insurance
- • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- • Proficiency in IT and customer service tools
