Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel or upscale hospitality venue
- • Knowledge of classic and contemporary drink recipes and mixology techniques
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
- • Maintain a clean and well‑stocked bar area throughout the shift
- • Interact with guests, taking orders and ensuring a pleasant service experience
- • Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system
- • Adhere to health, safety and responsible service of alcohol policies
