Job Description
The Category Leadership & Display Manager will drive growth of the Snacking category by improving in‑store presence and physical availability across Sub‑Saharan Africa. You will identify display opportunities, deliver customer‑focused merchandising solutions and build strong partnerships with retailers. The role requires strong analytical skills to turn data insights into actionable projects and a collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams. A bachelor’s degree and 1‑3 years of experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business, Marketing or a related field
- • 1‑3 years of graduate‑level experience, preferably in FMCG or retail
- • Strong analytical ability and data‑driven decision‑making skills
- • Excellent communication, planning and alignment capabilities
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
