Job Description
The Category Leadership & Display Manager will grow Mars’ snacking category across Sub‑Saharan Africa by improving in‑store visibility, coverage and product availability. The role involves analyzing market data, developing display strategies and working with sales teams to execute merchandising plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- • Several years of experience in category management or retail merchandising
- • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
- • Proven track record of delivering growth in fast‑moving consumer goods
