Job Description
The Centre Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the fertility centre, ensuring efficient service delivery and high patient satisfaction. The role leads the team, manages budgets, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a centre or branch, preferably in healthcare or fertility services
Responsibilities
- • Oversee day‑to‑day centre operations to ensure efficiency and quality care
- • Lead, motivate and manage the centre team to achieve performance targets
- • Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction
- • Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and meet operational targets
- • Manage budgets, expenses and resource allocation
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical and safety standards
