Job Description
The CEO/Principal Officer will shape the startup’s strategic direction, build operational frameworks, and drive aggressive customer acquisition in the healthcare insurance sector. The role involves close collaboration with sister‑company leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, and fostering an innovative culture while establishing performance‑based compensation structures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or healthcare leadership
- • Proven track record launching a business unit, startup or new division
- • Experience working within a group of companies or multi‑entity structures
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare
- MBA is a plus
