Job Description
The Change Manager will support the implementation of CARE’s global fleet management system across country offices, coordinating policy, process, and technology changes to improve safety, cost efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making. Responsibilities include engaging diverse stakeholders, developing communication materials, and facilitating adoption of new tools such as vehicle tracking and AI applications. The role requires strong project management, writing, and presentation skills, as well as experience in large‑scale technology roll‑outs. This remote position is based in Kenya.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher, such as MBA/MSc/MA or professional certificate
- • Minimum 4 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or communications
