Job Description
The Chief Executive Officer provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Antal International’s operations in Kenya, overseeing P&L performance, business development, and market expansion. The CEO drives revenue growth, manages commercial and sales strategies, and partners with marketing to strengthen brand presence. This executive role requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and extensive industry experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing or related discipline
- • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- • 16–22 years of senior leadership experience

- • Own overall P&L and business performance for the Kenya market
- • Develop and execute the company’s business strategy in line with regional and global objectives
- • Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share and long‑term sustainability
- • Identify new growth opportunities across categories, channels, geographies and customer segments
- • Lead sales and commercial strategy across modern trade, general trade, distributors and other channels
- • Build and manage a high‑performance sales organisation with clear targets and accountability
- • Partner with marketing to develop and execute brand and category strategies aligned with local consumer needs
