Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer will provide executive oversight of all operational functions at Rosslyn Academy, aligning finance, human resources, facilities, risk, and strategic planning with the school’s mission. Reporting to the Superintendent, the COO leads functional directors, ensures compliance with board policies, and drives institutional efficiency. The role combines financial acumen with strategic leadership to sustain long‑term viability. A commitment to the academy’s Christian values is essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc or MA) in business administration or related field
- • Extensive senior‑level operational management experience, preferably in an international school or nonprofit organization
- • Proven ability to integrate financial and strategic business acumen with operational oversight
- • Knowledge of IFRS and nonprofit accounting standards
- • High emotional intelligence and strong project‑management expertise
- • Commitment to Rosslyn Academy’s Christian beliefs and values
