Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer will translate FinAgra’s strategic vision into operational execution across farms and rural partner networks. The role oversees agronomy, operations and REP programmes while coordinating with procurement, finance, commercial and technology functions. Strong leadership and cross‑cultural experience are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher
- • Minimum 7 years of senior operational leadership experience, preferably in agriculture or complex environments
- • Demonstrated ability to work across cultures and manage large, distributed teams
- • Willingness to relocate within Kenya and spend significant time on‑site

- • Lead operational execution of the company’s strategy across farms and REP programmes
- • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and cross‑functional dependencies
- • Build systems, standards and a performance‑driven culture to enable scaling
- • Coordinate closely with Procurement, Finance, Commercial, Product and Technology teams
- • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation and compliance with financial guidelines
- • Foster a safe, accountable and high‑integrity work environment
