Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer will provide operational leadership for Finagra’s farming operations across Kenya. They will translate company priorities into executable plans, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and drive efficiency across teams and regions. The COO will oversee performance monitoring, resource allocation and strategic initiatives to achieve seasonal and long‑term goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Operations Management or a related field
- • Significant experience in senior operational leadership, preferably in agribusiness
- • Proven track record of improving operational performance and managing large teams
- • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and decision‑making skills
