Job Description
The Chief Operations Officer will provide strategic direction for hospital operations, ensuring high‑quality, safe and cost‑effective patient services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, and driving operational excellence across clinical and support functions. The COO will also lead stakeholder engagement and contract management to support the hospital’s mission.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) with a Master’s degree (MBA/MSc/MA) preferred
- • Minimum 10 years experience in hospital operations, strategic management or senior leadership roles
- • Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies and manage large budgets
- • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and change‑management skills
- • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
