Job Description
The Chief Program Officer provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Living Goods’ global health programs, ensuring evidence‑driven delivery at scale. The role defines program strategy, stewards performance and insight functions, and integrates digital health tools to improve community health worker effectiveness. It also drives innovation by guiding new approaches from concept through adoption. The position reports to senior leadership and collaborates across program and technology teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as public health, development, or business
- • Minimum 15 years of progressive program or project management experience
- • Proven leadership of large, multi‑country programs
- • Strong analytical and evidence‑based decision‑making skills
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
