Job Description
The Chief Security Officer for Sarova Hotels will lead the development and management of a comprehensive security framework, overseeing all security operations, risk assessments, and incident response to protect guests, staff, and assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in security, criminology, or related field, or equivalent professional certification
- • Minimum 5 years of security experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- • Proven experience in a four‑ to five‑star hotel environment
- • Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response
- • Familiarity with hotel security systems such as CCTV and access control
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements

- • Oversee all hotel security operations and manage security personnel
- • Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement preventive measures
- • Manage security systems including CCTV, access control, key management and alarms
- • Lead response to security incidents, conduct investigations and prepare reports
- • Coordinate with police, emergency services and external agencies as needed
- • Handle sensitive guest incidents with discretion and professionalism
