Job Description
The Chief Technology and Product Officer leads technology, product, and AI strategy to deliver scalable digital health solutions. Working with government partners and internal teams, the CTPO oversees product design, development, security, and data impact measurement. The role also drives partnerships with ministries and technology providers to embed solutions within public health systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a technical or business discipline, with an MBA, MSc or MA preferred
- • Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in technology, product management, or digital health
- • Proven track record of delivering large‑scale technology solutions
- • Strong stakeholder management and partnership building skills

- • Lead design, development, security, and operation of digital health platforms
- • Generate data and analytics to demonstrate product impact
- • Build and maintain partnerships with ministries of health and digital health authorities
- • Align Living Goods’ solutions with national digital health strategies and standards
- • Strengthen government capacity to own and sustain digital solutions
- • Oversee product roadmaps, delivery timelines, and cross‑functional collaboration
