Job Description
The Cities and Climate Change Consultant will lead the development of climate‑action and housing strategies for urban areas, delivering the NDC3.0 Housing Spinoff report and related interim deliverables. The consultancy will produce a summary methodology and support presentation of findings to stakeholders ahead of COP32 in November 2027.
