Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree, BSc or HND in a relevant field
- • Minimum 1 year experience in claims handling within healthcare or insurance
- • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- • Customer‑focused with proven problem‑solving ability
- • Ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities

- • Adjudicate international medical, dental, and vision claims according to policy terms
- • Monitor high‑cost claims and alert relevant stakeholders
- • Ensure claims are settled within required turnaround times and flag delays
- • Respond to enquiries on plan design, eligibility, and claim status with first‑call resolution
- • Interface with internal and external customers to resolve issues
- • Identify and recommend process‑improvement opportunities
- • Support team members to achieve collective goals
