Job Description
The Client Manager for Africa will lead Cigna Healthcare’s relationships with corporate and institutional clients across the continent. Responsibilities include expanding the client base, ensuring service delivery, and coordinating with internal teams to meet health‑care needs. The role requires strong business development and healthcare knowledge to drive growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field
- • Proven experience in client management or business development, preferably in healthcare
- • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- • Ability to work across multiple African markets
- • Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities
