Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides direct patient care within the Cons Clinic, handling executive and cardiac services. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering treatments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- • Valid registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced clinical environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct patient assessments and record clinical observations
- • Administer medications, treatments and cardiac monitoring as required
- • Coordinate patient flow and liaise with physicians and support staff
- • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- • Educate patients and families on care plans and follow‑up procedures
