Job Description
The Clinical Officer will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, performing minor procedures such as circumcisions, wound dressing and suturing while ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety. The role requires a diploma in Clinical Medicine, registration with the Clinical Officers Council and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, clinical judgment and record‑keeping abilities are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution
- • Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (COC)
- • Valid practicing license
- • At least 2–3 years relevant clinical experience, preferably in a healthcare facility
- • Ability to perform minor clinical procedures
- • Good communication, interpersonal and patient‑care skills
