Job Description
The Clinical Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for three health facilities, ensuring safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Reporting to the COO, the manager oversees clinical staff performance, service delivery standards, and daily operations while aligning services with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The role also coordinates with program and administrative teams and external partners to deliver integrated health services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a health‑related field
- • Proven experience in clinical management or senior nursing leadership
- • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- • Ability to manage budgets, policies, and regulatory compliance
- • Demonstrated ability to drive quality improvement and team development
