Job Description
The Cluster Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies for a group of Boma Hotels, leading a team to deliver effective campaigns and maintain brand consistency. Responsibilities include market analysis, budget management and cross‑functional collaboration with sales and operations. The role requires data‑driven insight translation and fluency in multiple languages.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or related degree
- • 3–5 years experience in marketing or communications, preferably in hospitality
- • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- fluency in Swahili or French is an advantage
- • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering results
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and execute marketing strategies for each hotel within the cluster
- • Lead and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- • Plan, launch and monitor integrated marketing and communication campaigns
- • Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistently applied across all channels
- • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with sales, operations and other departments
