Job Description
The Collection Officer will manage the end‑to‑end collection of short‑term SME loans, ensuring timely repayments while also driving new loan sales and customer acquisition. The role involves assessing borrower creditworthiness, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with small business clients. The officer will work closely with the sales team to meet portfolio growth targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years experience in short‑term loan sales and collections
- • Strong understanding of SME lending processes and credit risk assessment
- • Proven ability to acquire customers and meet sales targets
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- • High level of integrity and attention to detail
