Job Description
The Collections & Recovery Officer will manage delinquent loan portfolios, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances for Mwananchi Credit. The role involves monitoring accounts, conducting follow‑up communications, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to regulatory guidelines. The officer will work closely with the credit team to minimize loss and support the institution’s financial health.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 2–3 years experience in collections, credit recovery, or loan servicing
- • Strong negotiation and communication skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets
