Job Description
Reporting to the FP&A Leader, the Commercial Analyst supports financial planning and performance reporting across multiple regions. The analyst prepares budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams drives process improvements and actionable insights for business leaders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- • 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- • Strong financial modelling and reporting skills
- • Detail‑oriented with ability to work under pressure
- • Effective communication and stakeholder presentation abilities

- • Ensure service delivery meets defined SLAs and KPIs
- • Assist the FP&A Leader in resolving financial issues and generating improvement ideas
- • Prepare and deliver business unit, regional, and global financial reports
- • Manage the budgeting, reforecasting, and financial commitment processes
- • Conduct period‑end close activities and produce variance analyses
- • Develop accurate and timely financial forecasts and budgets
- • Support profit‑improvement initiatives and identify actionable insights
- • Collaborate with international FP&A teams to implement reporting strategies
